The Old Course St Andrews is the most famous golf course in Scotland and probably in the world.
It is commonly referred to as the Home of Golf and is the main attraction for golfers visiting Scotland
The Old Course St Andrews is a public links and operated by the St Andrews Links Trust.
The Trust operates seven St Andrews golf courses which also include the New, Jubilee, Castle, Eden, Strathtyrum and Balgove.
Located on a peninsula and exposed to the elements, the St Andrews Old course is generally flat.
Even most non-golfers have heard of the Swilcan Bridge, Road Hole, Hell Bunker and the Valley of Sin.
Need I say more, just come and play it.
A must course to be included in any Scotland golf tour.
After advanced reservation tee times have been allocated over 50% of remaining tee times are allocated to the Ballot.
